This is the process from submitting an order through delivery of your material.
Submit an Order
Start by selecting a product and quantity. Next, provide your delivery zip code and pick a delivery date.
Supplier Is Assigned
Your order is assigned to a supplier for delivery.
Confirming Delivery
An email will confirm the delivery date and include a contact number for the local supplier.

Your materials arrive by dump truck at your driveway or another location you identify on the property.

Prepare Before Arrival
- Make sure the intended placement area is clear.
- Dump truck entry requires a clear minimum 12-foot-wide route with no low branches or wires.
- Identify the dump spot using a flag, cone, or another visible marker.
- Being home is not required. Leave the route open and provide instructions for placement.
- Keep your phone available in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation.
At the Time of Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver may call or text you.
- The material is unloaded as a pile at the location you specify.
- A standard unload point is the driveway or reachable ground alongside it.
- Allow about 10-15 minutes for the full delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Must I be home when the material arrives?
No. Leave access open and indicate the desired dumping spot. The driver will unload the material where instructed.
What order quantity can I choose?
You can order from a single ton through a complete load of multiple tons. Enter the project size in the calculator, or tell us your needs and we will load the order.
Can material be unloaded in my backyard?
Safe dumping requires a clear, level surface for the truck. Backyard placement is possible if a truck can reach it. Otherwise, the usual location is the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if my quantity is too high or too low?
Use the calculator to estimate the quantity you need. Submit another order if more material is needed. Review the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries offered?
At this time, deliveries are available only on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Select the date you prefer during checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
Immediately after your order is placed, an email will provide its details and delivery information. Our team will then contact you to confirm the delivery date and give you the supplier's contact information.
What happens if the truck cannot get onto my property?
A dump truck needs a clear minimum 12-foot-wide route without low branches or overhead wires. If the site cannot be reached, the driver will unload at the closest safe spot. Get in touch before ordering if access is a concern.
